Research interests

I am interested in Genome / transcriptome sequencing using next generation sequencing technologies. I am also interested in the identification of conserved cis-elements in co-expressed genes and its use in creating designer promoter. I am interested in developing and using bioinformatics tools to answer biologically relevant questions.
