Jessica Booth , Accts Payable & Inventory Manager
Upon graduation, Jessica went to work fullt-ime for Ritchie Tractor.
Her education in our Business Management concentration allowed her to immediately become Accounts Payable Manager and Inventory Control Manager.
Dilip Panthee, Postdoctoral Associate
Dilip received his PhD working with Dr. Vince Pantalone with soybean breeding. His dissertation dealt with quantitative trait loci for beta-conglycinin and gylcinin fractions of soybean storage protein, for which he and co-workers won a American Oil Chemists Society's Archer Daniels Midland/Protein & Co-Products Division Best Paper Award. Upon graduating, Dilip accepted a postdoctoral position with Dr. Neal Stewart.
Yamika Stokes, Soil Conservationist
After receiving her masters degree in the deparment under the guidance of Dr. Pantalone, Yamika began working with the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Minnesota. She worked as a Soil Conservationsist and a District Conservationist in Winona County and Nicollett County. For more info, see March 2005 CASNR Report
Angela Thompson, Professor
After receiving her doctorate in the deparment, Angela held a variety of jobs in agriculture. She coordinated a private pesticide research company, worked as a research representative with a crop protection products company, taught undergraduate agronomy classes and is currently working for the University of Tennessee extension service as a state crops specialist.
