Mini-session abroad application deadline. |

Mini-session conditional acceptance sent to students and recepient of decision form. |

Mini-session decision form and deposit due. Students receive post acceptance packets and handbook. |
| February 27 |
Mini-session post acceptance forms due; academic history due. |
| March 22 |
2nd payment due for mini-session students. |
| April 16 |
Final payment due from mini-session students. |
| May 9 |
Mini session begins. |
NOTE: If you were accepted before February 2nd, you must return your decision form and deposit within two weeks of notification of acceptance to confirm your spot on this program.
Estimated Total Cost: $4330
Program Fee: $2229
Additional Related Expenses: $1399
Tuition: $202, Add $470 per credit hour for out-of-state tuition.
Estimated Total cost includes:
- Program fee - meals, housing, in-country travel, events and excursions where applicable, classroom and on-site facilities.
- Additional related expenses - airfare, ISIC card, passport, visa, and additional room and board not covered in program fee.
- UT tuition
Payment Information and Schedule:
- Program Fee - Paid to the Programs Abroad Office in three installments.
- February 16th - $250 non-refundable deposit and signed decision form
- March 22nd - $990
- April 16th - $990
- Additional related expenses - Included in total estimated cost. These are out-of-pocket expenses paid by the student directly.
- Tuition - Billed in early April and paid to the Registrar as for a UT course.
