Dr. Hamilton received her ED.D. Adult Education from the University of Tennessee in 1995. Dr. Hamilton's area of specialization is herbaceous ornamental plants and people-plant relationships. Her research interests include herbaceous plant variety trials; public horticulture; people-plant studies. Sue is the director of the UT Gardens, administered by the Department of Plant Sciences.
