B.S. Biology concentration Biochemistry, East Tennessee State University

Research Interests:
I plan to begin a Master’s degree in the Plant Sciences department in Fall 2009. My Master’s thesis will be on switchgrass transformation with regard to biomass production in this potential biofuel crop.
Mat enjoys giving free foosball lessons to the other members of the lab.
