Award Incentive Program for Plant Sciences Graduate Students In 2003, Dilip Panthee received the 1st Place Award for a Graduate Student Paper presented on his soybean PhD research (directed by Dr. Vince Pantalone) to the Biotechnology Division of the American Oil Chemists Society. Starting January 2005, PS graduate students have been eligible to receive up to $300 in matching funds from the Plant Sciences Incentive Program.
