Research Assistant Education: B.S. Horticulture, North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, Fall 2004 Research Interests: Currently I'm working with five different biotypes of glyphosate-resistant horseweed in order to determine the mechanisms of resistance. I'm also developing a screen to select for resistant horseweed in vitro. I am originally from Waxhaw, North Carolina. I began working for Dr. Neal Stewart in February 2002. Some of my hobbies and interests include gardening, fishing, and playing the mandolin.
