100 points - peer review of your site by classmates
100 points - overall quality of completed site (mechanics, visual appeal, content)
200 points - 10-page paper
100 points - Editing assignments (4 x 25)
25 points - Adobe Photoshop layers assignment
25 points - Adobe Photoshop odds and ends assignment
15 points - writing style hand-in
60 points - your reviews of classmates' sites
20 points - banner assignment
20 points - cover page/template assignment
20 points - style sheet
20 points - Science of Scientific Writing powerpoint exercise
75 points - special features (15 pts for including each of five features)
20 points - post a pdf
(-)50 points - instructional mini-lecture - grad students only (-50 pts for not completing)
A = 900-1000
B+ = 870-890
B = 800-860
C+ = 770-790
C = 700-760

Attendance/participation = scootch factor (you get an 890; you're in class most all the time and participating, that scootches you up to a 900)
No tests (final exam period); there may be some pop quizes for extra credit Assignments turned in late will be docked 10% per day that they are late.
